Benefits of Clamp-on vs. Threaded:
-Cost; Though threaded brakes are cheaper, the gunsmith work and refinishing drive the cost higher than clamp-on.
-No permanent barrel modifications required; Some states DO NOT allow threaded barrels.
-Removability; If you end up at a range or competition that does not allow muzzle brakes, you can easily remove it with little to no adjustment of zero. Some states prohibit brakes for hunting, so with a clamp on, you can practice, sight-in (in most cases), and then remove before hitting the woods.
We make clamp on muzzle brakes to fit virtually any barrel factory or custom up to a muzzle diameter of .530″ all the way up to 1.065″
Machined from 6061-T6511 aluminum, and MIL-A-8625 Type III hardcoat anodized in Matte Black.
Clamp On Muzzle Brake dimensions are; 3.350″L x 1.625″W x 1.125″H , and weight is 5.1oz. (KSMB 1000’s and 1050’s are slightly larger)

To order one of our clamp on muzzle brakes You will need to measure the diameter of your barrel about a half inch back from the muzzle, once you have that measurement you can find the model brake that you need. You can purchase a set of digital calipers for a fair price at most hardware stores.

You will notice some sizes overlap as to the barrel diameter it will fit, if your barrel diameter falls within the overlap you can choose the lower number model for a tighter initial fit or you can go with the larger size for an easier installation and removal.
